About the role
- Plan, conduct and monitor the inventory schedule in stores, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Develop and monitor Loss Prevention indicators, proposing action plans to mitigate risks and reduce shrinkage;
- Perform critical analyses of operational results, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains;
- Create, review and monitor operational targets aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines;
- Interface directly with the Executive Board and Senior Management, reporting indicators, actions and opportunities;
- Support stores in standardizing operational processes and disseminating best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields);
- Previous experience in loss prevention, inventories and operational analysis;
- Proficiency with analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI or similar);
- Experience in physical retail environments (fashion retail preferred);
- Postgraduate degree and prior experience liaising with senior leadership are desirable.
