About the role
- Development of content using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, SCORM, CapCut, and AI;
- Creation of content for the training Instagram (posts, videos, stories), as well as platform management;
- Production and delivery of trainings focused on sales, product launches, and seasonal events;
- Scripting, recording, and editing videos for the training Instagram and e-learning platform;
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions;
- Develop content for the e-learning platform, manage content and access;
- Monitor project progress by leading meetings with partner areas, franchisees, and company-owned stores;
- Conduct store visits and deliver trainings at the point of sale, training center, and factory;
- Availability to travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Fashion Business, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Experience in store operations, visual merchandising, and product knowledge;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar;
- Experience with SCORM is a plus;
- Comfortable speaking in public and delivering presentations;
- Strong verbal and written communication with clarity and objectivity;
- Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative profile.
