About the role
- Manage corporate contracts (staff cafeteria/canteen, chartered transportation, health insurance, dental plans, and others), proposing improvements and aligning with partners;
- Monitor contract deadlines, costs, and performance indicators;
- Support contract negotiations and renewals with suppliers, ensuring quality and resource optimization;
- Assist in preparing management reports and departmental presentations;
- Support matters related to industry labor unions;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Compensation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
- Good communication skills and strong organizational ability.
