About the role

  • Drafting internal communications and internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives.
  • Supporting the development of the PR plan, validating press releases, and liaising with the institutional AZZAS team and the press office.
  • Managing regular internal rituals, handling agendas, invitations, briefings, and broadcast/transmission logistics.
  • Adapting the visual identity for different formats and creating design assets when necessary.
  • Planning, contracting, and overseeing events from conception to execution in São Paulo (SP).
