About the role

Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud architecture using AWS services.
Configure and manage Amazon EKS clusters, including worker nodes and availability regions.
Implement and manage API gateways, with a focus on Apigee.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with cloud infrastructure.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a focus on AWS services.
Strong understanding of Amazon EKS, including configuring worker nodes and managing availability regions.
Experience with API gateways, particularly Apigee.
Proficiency in English (both speaking and reading).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of SAP Commerce or eCommerce capabilities/transactions is a plus.
Experience with Node.js is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools is a plus.
Understanding of security best practices in cloud architecture is a plus.
