About the role

  • Partnership Culture: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual success. Have a strong understanding of how Partners and Service Integrators can work together.
  • Support for GUs and Projects: Assist project teams on how to effectively engage with partners and provide guidance to optimize collaboration. Become the focal point within Accounts to drive partnership success.
  • Understand and apply the requirements of the partner program.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities that arise to drive revenue and growth and register them on the partner platform.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new leads through partners and leverage them for business growth.
  • Success Stories: Capture, draft, and publish case studies and customer success stories to showcase joint achievements with partners.
  • Event Organization: Plan and organize events with partners to promote collaboration, strengthen relationships, and drive growth.
  • Incentive Funds: Understand, secure, and coordinate partner incentive funding programs to support joint initiatives.
  • Certifications and Specializations: Support the process of certifying individuals and developing company specializations according to partner requirements.
  • Joint Marketing Coordination: Coordinate joint marketing campaigns with partners to maximize reach and impact.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Experience in account relationship management.
  • Proven experience working with partners.
  • Experience managing and expanding customer accounts.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders and key partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
