About the role

  • Design highly complex technical solutions for some of Brazil's largest companies, using current technologies such as Cloud Computing, APIs, Microservices, DevSecOps, Streaming, NoSQL databases, Angular, IBM WebSphere, among others;
  • Act as a technical advisor for clients and the team.

Requirements

  • Ability to translate technology into business impact, being able to sit at clients' executive tables to defend the proposed technology strategy, with resilience and strategic thinking;
  • Knowledge of legacy modernization techniques: coexistence, strangler pattern;
  • Influence the team to deliver Agile Software Engineering best practices - Build & Run (DevOps, SRE, TDD, Canary Release, Infrastructure as Code, Observability, 4 key metrics) and drive changes in clients' traditional processes to achieve this level of product engineering;
  • Align with the purpose of transforming the status quo, bringing radically different models to our clients to unlock their business, technology and people potential;
  • Build powerful impact stories through technology, working with a more focused (less horizontal) approach;
  • Be an inspiring, hands-on leader who is recognized by the team as a role model and genuinely cares about each team member—their moments, aspirations and development opportunities;
  • Lead and directly develop other Senior Architects, mapping succession and talent plans;
  • Actively contribute to technical communities inside and outside CI&T;
  • Preferred: Experience with Mainframe.
