About the role
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and prospective clients to drive growth and expand Elopar Group's operations.
- Proposal Development: Create innovative, customized proposals aligned with internal offerings, incorporating the use of Gen AI in development operations and solution design.
- AI Solutions Integration: Advocate the concept of AI agents to clients, leveraging not only CI&T/Flow solutions but also partner technologies and offerings.
- Partner Engagement: Collaborate on opportunities originating from strategic partners, especially AWS, leading the development of these initiatives.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Oversee PoC management, funding, and proposal development in collaboration with partners and clients.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to São Paulo for client and partner visits, particularly for meetings with AWS.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and business development, preferably in the technology and financial services sectors.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence solutions and their applications in enterprise environments.
- Ability to prepare commercial and strategic proposals with a focus on innovation and differentiation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners.
