About the role
- Lead a migration and modernization stream for a large global client;
- Migration from Azure to AWS;
- Optimization of operations, primarily from a financial perspective;
- Support from AWS specialists;
- FinOps control;
- High Availability / Disaster Recovery (HA/DR);
- Observability;
- Security (including PSI guarantees);
- Engineering best practices;
- Discovery;
- Architecture definitions (Well-Architected Framework);
- Negotiation of global standards;
- Modernization strategies;
- Strategy and leadership of execution;
- Assurance of non-functional requirements;
Requirements
- Extensive experience with AWS;
- Strong knowledge of AWS migration and modernization frameworks;
- Processes (OLA, MAP, etc.);
- Experience executing Assess / Mobilize / Migrate & Modernize in large enterprises;
- Tools (inventory and conversion tools, AI to accelerate processes);
- English and Spanish are a plus;
- Experience in high-security environments (PSI standards) is also a plus.
