About the role
- Manage the delivery of products and services, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Influencing project decisions with the team;
- Innovate and think of solutions for the project, whether to solve internal problems (e.g., overall performance, conflicts, etc.) or even to suggest solutions to the client;
- Be the reference point in the team for understanding business rules and establishing a sense of purpose within the team.
- Empower the team so that they know and apply the process in their daily work.
- Influence the team and ensure the monitoring/execution of improvement points in each delivery cycle.
- Assist in coaching the client when necessary (e.g., mobilization for rituals and their importance, use of Jira, documentation, and how to track blocks, metrics, and general status).
- Write User Stories to support the team in executing agreed-upon tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency to act as a Scrum Master in an international project with a globally recognized product.
- Experience in understanding the client's business, their needs, and helping to transform them into clear and detailed backlog requirements for our teams.
- Experience with scope management, sprint planning, and grooming.
- Responsible for reporting status, signaling and discussing impediments that are or may impact your area of operation.
