About the role

  • Manage our internal certification project.
  • Act as a facilitator, mapping certification needs, engaging our technical teams and removing impediments.
  • Certification Backlog Management: Map the requirements of partner portals and define a schedule.
  • Facilitation and Impediment Removal: Work with technical teams to understand what prevents them from studying.
  • Metrics Tracking (Dashboards): Create and maintain controls over issued vouchers and approval status.
  • Portal Administration: Update company profiles on cloud provider platforms.
  • Relationship and Communication: Serve as the focal point for questions about certification programs.

Requirements

  • Essential experience facilitating corporate education programs;
  • Management/organizational profile;
  • Knowledge of project management, Agile methodologies (such as experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach) or experience in Training and/or IT Development;
  • Intermediate/Advanced English: required for conversation, reading and writing;
  • Excellent communication: ability to tactfully follow up, motivate and engage IT professionals with empathy and a results-oriented approach;
  • Results focus: ability to translate company goals (e.g., "we need 5 certified architects") into actionable plans;
  • Familiarity with basic Cloud Computing concepts (no programming required, but an understanding of differences between data, infrastructure and AI, for example);
  • Experience navigating partner portals (Google, AWS, Microsoft).
