About the role

  • You will lead the design and development of secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud architecture best practices, API management, and the development of an iOS platform, ensuring high-quality deliveries aligned with customer expectations.
  • Your expertise will guide technical decisions and raise the team's standards, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the technical reference for cloud, integrations, and specifications of a new iOS mobile platform.
  • Lead day-to-day technical decisions, proposing improvements and scalable solutions.
  • Design, implement, and operate secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
  • Work with microservices architectures and Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Manage and evolve API management and synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
  • Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and traceable deployments.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Ensure full observability (logs, metrics, alerts) and proactive monitoring.
  • Support development teams by removing technical blockers.
  • Communicate technical decisions clearly and collaboratively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Tech Lead in cloud and integrations.
  • Hands-on profile with strong technical autonomy.
  • Mature, collaborative technical leadership oriented to quality.
  • Ability to influence technical decisions and elevate the team's level.
  • Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and focus on operational reliability.
  • Production experience with Kubernetes.
  • Experience in corporate and governed environments.
  • Experience working with API-led architectures and microservices.
  • Experience with solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience with offline-first systems.
  • Familiarity with additional cloud services and tools.
  • Knowledge of advanced data security practices.
