About the role
- Act as a central reference and information source, guiding the system project decision-making process
- Coach developers to deliver with quality autonomously and instate quality processes
- Support quality assurance processes using generative AI tools for test case and automated test generation
- Implement and maintain automation testing for both backend and frontend
- Integrate automated tests with continuous integration pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control (Git)
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive analytical and problem-solving efforts focused on client outcomes
Requirements
- Proficient with generative AI tools that supports the quality assurance process of development teams (test case generation, automated test generation in all layers of the pyramid)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the QA discipline of fast-paced Agile environment, instating the quality process and coaching developers to deliver with quality autonomously
- Extensive experience in automation testing tools for both back and front end
- Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
