About the role

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, developing their performance and people management capabilities;
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different hierarchical levels;
  • Base recommendations and decisions on data and evidence, using People Analytics to identify risks and opportunities;
  • Promote continuous improvement of HR processes;
  • Ensure the cadence and efficiency of development processes;
  • Integrate business and people strategies, translating objectives into practical, measurable actions;
  • Plan and implement structuring projects aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives;
  • Support recruitment and selection activities on an ad hoc basis when necessary.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP);
  • Proficiency in People Analytics and tools such as spreadsheets, Power BI, or Data Studio for indicator analysis, data cross-referencing, and statistical reporting to support decision-making;
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion perspectives;
  • Intermediate to advanced English is a plus.
