About the role
- Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, developing their performance and people management capabilities;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different hierarchical levels;
- Base recommendations and decisions on data and evidence, using People Analytics to identify risks and opportunities;
- Promote continuous improvement of HR processes;
- Ensure the cadence and efficiency of development processes;
- Integrate business and people strategies, translating objectives into practical, measurable actions;
- Plan and implement structuring projects aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives;
- Support recruitment and selection activities on an ad hoc basis when necessary.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP);
- Proficiency in People Analytics and tools such as spreadsheets, Power BI, or Data Studio for indicator analysis, data cross-referencing, and statistical reporting to support decision-making;
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion perspectives;
- Intermediate to advanced English is a plus.
