About the role
- Lead the full lifecycle of data products — from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery and optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize initiatives, define data requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee data architecture, pipelines, and governance to guarantee quality and accessibility.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, data science) to deliver high-impact solutions, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Experience working with international clients
- Previous experience in the data and analytics projects
- Previous experience in project management
- Experience with value-based Prioritization and Risk Management
- Experience with Team Leadership.
- Nice to have: Experience in either the Data Platform, Data Visualization, or Data Migration space
- Experience with major AZURE Cloud Platform provider
- Experience migrating data platform to cloud
- Experience building data platforms on-prem and in the cloud
- Experience with widely used operational tools such as Hubspot, Workday, Segment, or Braze
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience with AI/ML.
