About the role
- Develop and customize backend services, modules, and APIs for the DXP platform, ensuring clean architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
- Implement and optimize integration layers (middleware) to guarantee seamless connectivity with CRM, ERP, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Design and maintain proper data modeling, security, and scalability strategies for CMS-driven content, enabling a robust and future-proof digital platform.
- Optimize performance and reliability of backend services, applying caching strategies, database indexing, and distributed system design.
- Support the implementation of workflows, content approvals, and role-based permissions, aligning technical execution with business and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to platform architecture decisions, with a strong focus on modularity, reusability, and headless approaches to maximize flexibility.
- Maintain constant and proactive communication with both CI&T teams and the client’s teams, ensuring technical decisions are aligned with business priorities, fostering transparency, and anticipating challenges before they impact delivery.
- Participate in ceremonies, workshops, and alignment sessions with multidisciplinary teams, playing a key role as the bridge between technical implementation and strategic goals.
Requirements
- Solid experience in backend development for CMS/DXP platforms (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of .NET (C#).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and service integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable backend architectures.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies (Redis, CDN).
- Experience with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Advanced/Fluent English level for interactions with multicultural team and american client everyday.
