About the role

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform manual testing of front-end interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to design specifications.
  • Conduct back-end testing to verify data integrity, API functionality, and overall system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to their professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Requirements

  • Advanced English level
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on both manual and ideally with automated testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Familiarity with DB queries
  • Desire to learn about automation testing
  • Experience in functional, regression and exploratory testing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
