About the role
- Alignment among stakeholders: You will need to engage with different profiles (analysts, managers, users, partners) to ensure a comprehensive view of deliverables.
- Technical definitions: During the specification phases you will need to evaluate chosen solutions and weigh recommendations;
- Cultural transformation: When addressing outdated processes, you should suggest alternatives such as automations, AI, or process changes that bring simplicity and efficiency to the client.
- Observe/criticize and mitigate technical risks arising from the interdependencies of the various projects within the program.
- Define and document system architectures that satisfy business and technical requirements.
- Evaluate scalable and resilient technical solutions.
- Lead technology decisions and define development standards.
- Guide development teams in implementing best practices.
- Conduct proofs of concept and assessments of new technologies.
- Actively participate in the evolution of the architecture of existing systems.

- Java / Spring Boot;
