About the role
- Manage the value chain by mapping it and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure agility and value activation in short cycles.
- Maintain continuous flow of deliveries, removing blockers and bottlenecks across all stages of value generation.
- Implement and monitor development, quality, productivity, business and application health metrics.
- Ensure management and development of key positions and all members of your squads.
- Lead (and provide coaching on) Lean and Agile processes and run experiments based on hypotheses and design thinking.
- Promote integrated application portfolio management.
- Manage the integrated ecosystem of players, coordinating integration with various partners and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive growth.
- Assemble and structure development teams, including selection, training and management of cross-functional teams.
- Implement efficient development and management processes, ensuring quality and operational effectiveness.
- Be data-driven and monitor progress indicators, outcomes and the financial aspects of the Value Stream.
- Serve as a technical and strategic reference for the team and clients, demonstrating leadership and expertise in all interactions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Lean concepts and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in digital product development.
- Experience in project and people management.
- Experience managing contracts/units with multiple workstreams.
- Deep understanding of your operation, mobilizing clients and teams to execute corrective or preventive actions.
- Experience leading managers.
- Experience with large-scale implementations, enabling the team to find alternatives that make effective use of our process knowledge.
