About the role

  • Lead strategy and execution of quality assurance initiatives.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for diverse applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define test plans and strategies.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings to teams.
  • Drive adoption of testing best practices and tools across projects.
  • Perform risk analysis to enhance product quality and performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members and foster professional development.
  • Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve automation processes.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
  • English Fluent
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or Gatling.
  • (Nice-to-have) Familiarity with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
  • (Nice-to-have) Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
