About the role

  • Lead strategy and execution of quality assurance initiatives
  • Design and implement robust automated testing frameworks for diverse applications
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define comprehensive test plans and strategies
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant teams
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in testing methodologies and tools across projects
  • Perform risk analysis and provide insights to enhance product quality and performance
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering professional development and a culture of learning
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to improve automation processes

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Proficient in CI/CD integration with tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar
  • English Fluent
  • Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or Gatling (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured) (nice-to-have)
  • Knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture (nice-to-have)
