About the role
- Serve as the technical and architectural reference for the client, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, proposing robust and sustainable technical solutions;
- Structure technical backlogs, support story refinement, and guide the team on strategic decisions;
- Ensure solutions comply with best practices for security, performance, and scalability;
- Create and maintain technical and design documentation according to client needs;
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, providing direction and viable alternatives;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, aligning technical and business solutions;
- Understand requirements and define appropriate frameworks, technologies, and architectural patterns;
- Contribute to the implementation and evolution of CI/CD pipelines and proofs of concept.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software architecture and technical leadership;
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
- Experience defining frameworks, technologies, and architectural standards;
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for continuous integration and delivery;
- Ability to create proofs of concept (POCs) and develop complex technical mechanisms;
- Collaborative profile, good communication skills, and the ability to translate technical challenges into value-driven solutions;
- A willingness to learn new frameworks and technologies.
