Provide support for our international locations.
Handle contracts and amendments, including legal coordination, drafting and updating documents, designing platform templates, distribution, and tracking signatures.
Manage contract migrations through systems analysis and execution.
Organize meetings and briefings on topics related to onboarding and employee registration.
Handle company mergers and acquisitions, as well as employee transfers between entities.
Ensure data integration across the company's systems.
Requirements
Knowledge of the onboarding process and other HR department processes.
Strong attention to detail and methodical execution of tasks.
Understanding of legal requirements related to contracts and employee records.
Desirable experience with ADP payroll, Oracle HCM, and Pipefy.
Proactive approach to identifying and implementing HR innovations and automations.
