• Establish Chuffed’s social media channels as a hub for movement storytelling with consistent, high-quality, campaign-centered content that grows reach and deepens engagement.
• Turn Chuffed campaigns into moment-defining content: write copy, cut reels, produce carousels and videos that drive mass support.
• Define and shape the Chuffed voice: bold, authentic, and rooted in solidarity.
• Create culture-shifting content: rapid-turnaround reels, high-impact carousels, and viral videos.
• Spotlight activists: amplify user-generated content and co-create organizer stories to extend their reach.
• Experiment and evolve: test formats, track performance, and iterate on what works.
• Be the ear to the ground: monitor platform shifts, content trends, and movement narratives to spark action when it matters.
• Nurture community: monitor inboxes, comments, and tags; engage in online conversations and build trusting relationships within the social justice community.
