About the role
- Responsible for developing brand strategies, developing long-term brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using various data to drive volume and profitability.
- Lead brand commercialization from inception to in-market execution and activation, including positioning, packaging, media, creative development, and agency management
- Identify market opportunities, research, and analyze consumer behavior, relevant industry trends, market needs, and new and unique opportunities for business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional team on pricing, forecast, go-to-market strategies, and supply chain
- Partner with the sales team to grow relationships and collaboratively develop programs that drive sales and cohesive messaging
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content
- Manage digital marketing initiatives (social media, email, SEO)
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, or webinars
- Support product launches and promotions
- Develop goals and measure ROI against key marketing programs and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 3+ years of applicable CPG experience (or comparable experience)
- Basic understanding of regulated industries
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication skills
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns, as well as Google Analytics, CRM
- Project Management Experience
