Ensure maintenance operations for alarm and network security systems: access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance
Provide user training
Ensure customer satisfaction: act as an advisor and attentive contact for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical education in electrotechnics, electronics or related IT field (technical qualifications such as BEP, Bac Pro, BTS or an equivalent 2-year degree in Electrotechnics, Home Automation, IT, Low Voltage, etc.) or AFPA TSSIV training
Autonomous and motivated
Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on field experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic security solutions, with knowledge of configuration and programming of electronic security management systems
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, etc.)
Knowledge of, or willingness to develop skills on, the following systems and solutions:
Intrusion: Aritech / Honeywell / Others (Vanderbilt, etc.)
Video: Hikvision / Truvision / Foxbox (thermal detection)
Access control: Aritech (via CDC4) / Eden Réseau, radio, etc.
Proficient with the Windows environment and MS Office
Knowledge of APSAD standards (R81, R82, D83 or D32) would be a plus
Valid driving licence (Category B) required
