About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Weigh and grade grain in inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual measurement tools
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Maintain a clean work area
- Assist other personnel as needed
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture
- Follow safety policies, procedures and regulations
- Identify and communicate workplace hazards
- Correct or seek assistance correcting unsafe actions or conditions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0-6+ months of Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service experience
- General data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons
- Must pass required pre-employment screenings, which may include drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks
