About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Weigh and grade grain in inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual measurement tools
  • Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
  • Answer and direct telephone calls
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Assist other personnel as needed
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture
  • Follow safety policies, procedures and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0-6+ months of Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service experience
  • General data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons
  • Must pass required pre-employment screenings, which may include drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks
