Key responsibilities & impact

Weigh and grade grain in inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual measurement tools
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
Answer and direct telephone calls
Maintain a clean work area
Assist other personnel as needed
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture
Follow safety policies, procedures and regulations
Identify and communicate workplace hazards
Correct or seek assistance correcting unsafe actions or conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-6+ months of Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service experience
General data entry and computer skills
Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons
Must pass required pre-employment screenings, which may include drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks
