About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Weigh and grade grain in inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual measurement tools
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
Answer telephone calls promptly and direct calls as needed
Maintain a clean work area
Assist other personnel as needed
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow safety policies, procedures and regulations
Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
No experience required
Ability to work seasonal shifts ranging from 7a-7p depending on business demand
Availability for weekend hours
Selected candidates may be required to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, criminal, motor vehicle, physical requirements and FMCSA Clearinghouse checks
