Senior Administrative Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence and backup as needed.
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and purchasing functions.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools with a high level of accuracy.
- Organize filing systems (electronic and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics across departments.
- Support and assist with scheduling training sessions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Support and track departmental projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Assist with implementation of new tools, systems, or workflows.
- Assist with employee activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate vendor communications and maintain vendor records.
- Monitor key metrics, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in Administrative Assistance and Support
- High School diploma or GED
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and decision-making
- Experience coordinating projects, meetings, and cross-functional activities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support process improvements
