About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently
Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled at the location
Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner
Prepare trucks for loading/unloading
Load and unload agricultural inputs from trucks
Control and monitor all load out functions
Conduct and properly record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks
Inspect in-use equipment for seeps and leaks
Monitor and maintain quality of inventory
Conduct regular housekeeping duties
Complete appropriate record keeping
Perform grounds maintenance and general maintenance
Report any customer complaints and safety concerns to supervisor
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
Must meet minimum age requirement
Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
Agriculture experience preferred
