About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute/Ensure the entry and dispatch of CIF and FOB products
- Ensure and support appropriate tax coverage
- Support other Domestic Execution areas regarding invoice postings
- Act as a facilitator to resolve pending issues among the main interacting areas
- Ensure the correct input of Transgenia for shipments
- Ensure the integrity of invoice inputs in contracts and inventories
- Input complementary invoices for value and volume and/or returns with appropriate tax coverage
- Posting of counter invoices
- Analysis for issuance of electronic refusals
- Issuance of correction letters
- Generation and sending of XML
- Issuance of 'Notas de Busca' - Transit notes for Goiás
- Control and filing of block invoices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience in grain billing
- Excel Level: Intermediate/Advanced
- Degree: Administration / Accounting / Economics / Agribusiness Management – Completed or In progress
- Preferred
