About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with daily facility operations by unloading trucks, preparing materials, and performing essential housekeeping duties
- Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently
- Prepare trucks for loading/unloading
- Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery/equipment
- Monitor and maintain quality of inventory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- General labor and/or agricultural experience preferred
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
- Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred
