About the role

  • Lead multiple product teams to deliver Features/Stories against the roadmap
  • Align team capacity (velocity and predictability) against milestones and manage dependencies with the Product Owner
  • Ensure technical design decisions are made effectively by fostering the right forums, bringing in the right partners, reinforcing best practices (definition of done, standards, quality)
  • Oversee deployments and production cutovers, publishing delivery health reports (flow/quality KPIs, trends) and communicate risk, capacity constraints, and release readiness
  • Remove systemic blockers, mitigate risks, and manage cross-team dependencies that impede delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and/or training)
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical team members (engineers)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering modern technology solutions
  • 3+ years of Information Technology experience in a hands-on engineering role (software development, DevOps, SRE, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and change/release/incident management
