About the role
- Lead financial reporting, dashboards, and models to communicate performance, KPIs, and variances vs. plan and forecast
- Deliver advanced financial analysis and insights to support margin improvement, risk management, and decision‑making
- Own the QFR (Quarterly Financial Results) process for Refined Fuels and communicate monthly variances through various reporting packages
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence outcomes and support strategic initiatives
- Support the annual budget and forecast processes, coordinating timelines, inputs, and deliverables
- Lead the financial management and performance oversight of the commercial supporting business P&Ls
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Set priorities and provide clear direction to analysts to drive timely and accurate project outcomes
- Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of various financial statements (e.g. income statement and balance sheet)
- Experience with SAP planning and reporting modules preferred
- CPA or MBA preferred
