About the role
- Provide day-to-day and project-related support for multiple DLP platforms, including analysis, discovery, alerts, reporting, and tuning.
- Work closely with Security Engineers and Compliance and Privacy Analysts to respond to alerts and data security incidents.
- Interact with end users, colleagues, other IT teams and leadership to provide education, case status updates, and recommend solutions for improved services and troubleshooting.
- Perform security gap analyses, provide recommendations to remediate gaps, and guide development of business cases to identify and evaluate new products.
- Develop innovative solutions for complex problems that do not have routine solutions, while contributing to analysis of complex systems and driving process improvements.
- Design, implement, and update technical security policies and standards.
- Stay current with existing and emerging security technologies that could be adopted at CHS.
- Provide cross-functional support for a wide range of security tools used at CHS.
- Cultivate, maintain, and promote a strong security culture and adhere to all security policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or Information Security
- Experience with regulations that impose privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
- Understanding of SAP security authorization concepts supporting compliance solutions
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Controls and Risk
- Experience building and maintaining business partnerships
- Knowledge of technical controls and policies used to meet compliance requirements and testing procedures
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in areas of responsibility
- Experience leading teams or projects
- Preferred degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related fields
