About the role
- Support asset certifications with CONAB, CREA and MAPA
- Monitor, control and calibrate grain classification equipment
- Participate in POOL and ANEC meetings
- Manage the bidding process for certifying bodies
- Support and deliver technical training on grain classification
- Prepare quality reports and dashboards based on operational data, proposing improvement recommendations
- Create and update quality control spreadsheets
- Manage control of rejected shipments, reporting, and financial adjustments/discounts related to certifying bodies
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the grain storage sector
- Support control of quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization and reduction of deviations
- Support process standardization across different operational units
- Provide technical oversight of receiving, drying, storage, aeration, shipping and transshipment processes, assessing impacts on product quality
- Assess process risks related to grain quality degradation
- Prepare consolidated technical reports for units, including critical analysis and recommendations
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Technician, Agricultural Engineering, or Production Engineering (completed or in progress)
- Languages: Proficiency in English required
- Experience: 2+ years preferred
