About the role

  • Schedule sessions, reserve rooms, arrange catering, prepare materials, and manage shipments for training events
  • Keep training schedules, rosters, and program details up to date using Excel, SharePoint, SuccessFactors (SAP), and Learning Pool
  • Order and manage training toolkits and miscellaneous training supplies needed by facilitation team
  • Prepare reports, create presentations, organize L&D team weekly, monthly, and quarterly conferences, seminars, and team-building activities
  • Oversee multiple tasks concurrently to ensure successful execution of training programs and events
  • Manage the shared L&D calendar and email for program inquiries, problem-solve and troubleshoot, connect with resources to ensure follow-up to inquiries
  • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth training operations or produce virtual learning sessions in MS Teams

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, Executive Assistance, or Human Resources
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Planner (or Microsoft Project)
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple events, projects and learning initiatives
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a self-starter
