About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects from initiation to handover.
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines relating to the deployment of PhotonAssay™ systems.
Arrange and lead meetings and take notes.
Support process improvement initiatives.
Responsibility and accountability for managing the installation and commissioning process.
Identification of installation sites, oversight of installation requirements, and local authorities licencing and accreditation requirements.
Product commissioning, including liaison with customers and their sub-contractors, schedule planning, and coordination of on-site and remote technical teams.
Frequent travel to deployment sites, primarily within the APAC region.
Support and manage installation and commissioning activities onsite and remotely across different time zones.
Contribute to the design and implementation of systems/processes to improve the way in which we manage deployment.
Share knowledge and provide guidance to peers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or equivalent experience.
At least three years' experience in project coordination or management.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency in office software like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Able and willing to travel both interstate and internationally, including to remote locations such as mine sites, subject to applicable travel restrictions.
Attention to detail and highly organised.
Experience with the mining industry and mine-site operations or experience with civil engineering projects (desirable).
Demonstrated hands-on experience in a diverse environment (desirable).
Willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks, including those both ‘above’ and ‘below’ the designated role (desirable).
Familiarity with additional office productivity software such as SharePoint and Project (desirable).
Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD (desirable).
Familiarity with additional project management software such as Planner and Monday.com (desirable).
