About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Localization Management team in handling localization requests from stakeholders across the company
  • Create, assign, and close localization projects in memoQ
  • Track localization requests from kickoff to delivery
  • Build and maintain terminology databases
  • Perform formal QA on translated content, checking missing HTML tags, punctuation errors, and double spaces
  • Manage and align language-specific style guides and project instructions
  • Check texts formally before and after publication
  • Help test and refine AI-powered workflows for localization project management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, the translation team, and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Studying translation, linguistics, or a related field
  • Ability to judge the formal quality of translations without speaking the language
  • Strong attention to spelling and grammar details
  • Comfortable with digital tools and common office applications
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Interest in AI-powered tools for translation and localization
