About the role
- Build new solutions and iteratively improve existing ones - for example checkout flows, payment integrations, listing creation and management, and compliance foundations
- Collaborate with top colleagues and domain experts
- Lead cross‑functional Scrum teams through strong lateral leadership
- Own product decisions and outcomes
- Make timely trade‑offs and drive initiatives forward
- Run discovery and delivery - from research and prototyping to implementation, performance measurement to decisions about how and when to invest further in your product(s)
- Base roadmaps on data, evidence, and testable hypotheses
- Validate assumptions, learn, and adjust course iteratively
- Embrace continuous learning, curiosity, and fun
- Share through rituals, product demos, and company‑wide exchanges
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Manager for digital products or services
- Ideally with experience in checkout, payments, seller tools/dealer workflows, or related ecommerce infrastructure
- Proven track record defining and shipping technical products using agile methods
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- User‑centric builder of product experiences
- Very good English required
