Product Manager

• Own the vision for end-to-end business objectives that span multiple engineering teams.
• Synthesize your ideas, our business goals, customer feedback, product analytics and insights gleaned from the marketing/sales teams into feature specifications.
• Work closely with the engineering and marketing teams to ensure we ship world class software that matters to our existing and future customers.
• Manage analytics instrumentation across our products and use it to make data driven product decisions.

Senior Product Manager

Developer Relations

• Create developer-facing content that supports the lead pipeline like articles, guides, webinars, talks, videos, case studies, landing pages, and demos.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to embed developer voice in campaigns.
• Run programs (e.g. webinars, workshops, live streams) that bring developers into the funnel and nurture them toward adoption.
• Collect feedback from the field and distill developer pain points for GTM, Sales, and Product.
• Maintain a high bar for technical accuracy and clarity to earn developer trust.
• Proactively spot opportunities to equip GTM with developer narratives, rather than waiting for direction.

Developer Relations – Go to Market

Sales Development Rep

• Generate interest in Chromatic by clearly messaging Chromatic’s key benefits and unique features in a relevant/personalized way across email, social channels, and other forms of outreach.
• Analyze our existing customer data to determine which free accounts represent the greatest near-term opportunities.
• Book qualified meetings with senior prospects + key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with your team and manager throughout the inside sales process.
• Meet defined activity and quality goals to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Work closely with Account Executives and your Manager to refine strategies and messaging for better results.

Sales Development Representative – SDR

Engineering Manager

• Lead a team of 6-10 engineers and consistently deliver projects that align with our business objectives.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering management team to continually evolve our culture and processes.
• Work cross-functionally at Chromatic to ensure feature continuity between Chromatic and Storybook and ship work that delights developers.
• Collaborate with the Product team, your peer managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize upcoming projects.
• Take responsibility for successful execution of projects in your domain.
• Meet regularly with your team to manage tasks and help remove blockers.
• Mentor and support the growth of our engineering team.
• Establish onboarding procedures for new hires to the team, and help grow the team through hiring as needed.

Software Engineer

• Write deep technical blog posts, tutorials, and guides that help engineers understand and implement Chromatic features.
• Build comparison pages, and case studies that help teams evaluate Chromatic against alternatives.
• Develop copy and logic for interactive assets, such as quizzes and calculators, with deep technical expertise.
• Build and implement onboarding and nurturing assets, such as chat flows and email drip campaigns, to increase product adoption.
• Run live webinars and workshops that bring developers into the funnel and nurture them toward adoption.
• Develop technical sales enablement assets, including demos, decks, and talk tracks that embed a developer voice into the sales process.
• Collect feedback from the field and distill developer pain points for GTM, Sales, and Product.
• Help develop product positioning and messaging for product launches and feature launches alongside Developer Experience.
• Maintain a high bar for technical accuracy and clarity to earn developer trust.
• Proactively spot opportunities to equip GTM with developer narratives, rather than waiting for direction.
