• Assist in the effective flow of merchandise to 50+ stores within an Omni-Channel Distribution Center Campus.
• Exhibit leadership qualities to move the business forward through the collective talents and efforts of self and others.
• Communicate clear goals/expectations and standards on an ongoing basis.
• Empower team members to deliver results against established goals and priorities.
• Oversee and prioritize team workload to align with business needs and operational priorities.
• Ensure team members have the resources, tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
• Manage team performance through coaching, development, accountability, and regular performance feedback.
• Develop future leaders by identifying talent, providing growth opportunities, and strengthening team capability.
• Ensure the DC Campus operates with industry best practices in the areas of Innovation, Efficiency, Customer Service/Service Level, Quality, People, & Safety.
• Collaborate with key partners to oversee the creation of annual plans; operational budget, capital budget, etc.
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational performance, adjusting processes and priorities to improve results.
