About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise ambulatory practice support caregivers across approximately 11 School-Based Health Center sites
  • Ensure daily clinic activities and workflows are followed
  • Provide front-line direction, problem-solving, assistance, and team support
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding for MAs, OAs, and RNs
  • Complete check-ins and annual performance evaluations
  • Provide on-site support for associate, patient, and provider concerns
  • Ensure clinic staffing supports assigned services
  • Address staffing gaps by securing and redeploying caregivers
  • Notify providers about staffing changes and recovery actions
  • Monitor and coach non-provider caregivers on procedures, workflows, rooming, data collection, and documentation
  • Conduct daily charge and cash reconciliations
  • Maintain clinic supply levels
  • Plan and lead monthly clinic meetings
  • Supervise and train caregivers on cash handling and copay collections
  • Approve assigned caregiver timecards
  • Perform other required duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2 years of office practice experience required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Basic budget understanding
  • Relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Process improvement skills
  • Flexibility to travel to different sites in New Castle and Kent Counties
  • Ability to oversee approximately 11 locations
  • Experience supporting ambulatory practice caregivers and clinic workflows
