About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to technical staff
- Responsible for the functions of an outpatient imaging department for multiple locations and multiple modalities
- Collaborates with imaging leadership in developing systemwide imaging policies and procedures
- Ensures regulatory compliance, safety, and specifications of equipment
- Completes employee mandatory performance check-ins
- Actively participates in the recruitment and hiring processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- ARRT or RDMS certified
- Completion of Associates Degree in Sciences
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or obtained within 3 years of hire
- Advanced Board Certification in CT and/or MRI when applicable
- Minimum of 5 years imaging experience
- CPR Certification
- Delaware State Licensure
