About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead all aspects of physician and advanced practitioner clinician compensation programs
- Develop and implement innovative, market-competitive provider compensation methodologies
- Conduct provider job evaluations
- Lead market assessment efforts for provider administrative and leadership roles
- Provide consultative and direct negotiation services for Professional Service Agreements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines pertaining to provider compensation
- Develop policies and procedures that maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, with a focus on provider compensation and benefit administration and incentive design
