About the role

  • The Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support to all our cloud computing needs, including lead, support and monitor infrastructure within public and private cloud environments.
  • Work with key stakeholders in solving operation problems through analyzing workflows, gathering requirements, defining alternatives, recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Installs and maintains cloud-based applications, systems, and associated on-prem infrastructures.
  • Script and automate routine tasks on Azure/AWS components.
  • Develop documentation, user manuals, and policy and procedure information for AWS/Azure/on-prem architecture.
  • Working in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most efficient cloud-based solutions.
  • Leading cloud and on-prem environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
  • Deploying and debugging cloud and on-prem initiatives as needed in accordance with standard methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as the need arises.
  • Employing outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and tackle issues.
  • Using your extensive knowledge of APIs to craft RESTful services, and integrate them with existing data providers, using JSON or XML as needed.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • One (1) to two (2) years' experience in a Cloud Dev Ops, system role or related position.
  • One (1) to three (2) years' experience in developing software using languages such as Python, C++. Azure Certification is a plus.
  • Healthcare IT experience is preferred but not required.
