The Sr. SRE System Analyst will partner with the Director of Production Support to define, implement, and drive best practices in for improving quality engineering solutions to meet ministry needs.
You will work closely with our business teams to identify areas for improvement and support teams through production changes.
Additionally, you will promote a strong production support culture by partnering with software engineering, security, and infrastructure to solve operational incidents and problems.
This role will work closely with our scrum teams to ensure sustainable product quality throughout our SDLC. Primary responsibilities are to manage the production incident backlog, UAT process including assist with training employees, provide process enhancement and growth, manual testing during SDLC and production validation upon release, support of release process for software, and offer ongoing guidance for internal departments and external users.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with data management, computer science, information systems, or engineering plus 8-10 years’ experience within a technology firm utilizing technology and business and systems analysis required.
Experience in a healthcare-related field or financial field preferred.
Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Hubspot preferred.
