Requirements

  • Completed training as a customer advisor or sales consultant is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to follow established processes.
  • Quick comprehension and strong discipline.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • A calm and pleasant voice.
  • Excellent High German (Hochdeutsch) proficiency and a confident, error-free written expression.
  • Prior knowledge in online marketing, coaching, consulting, etc. is an advantage but not necessary.
