• You will actively engage with followers and new contacts via Instagram/Facebook DMs (primarily text-based)
• You will identify potential leads and qualify them for an initial consultation
• You will work with a proven script while remaining human, authentic and empathetic
• You will maintain daily DM statistics and provide feedback on conversion rates
• You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams – including as a freelancer
• You will contribute your own ideas to increase community engagement and actively help shape our sales process
