- You independently conduct initial consultations, document them in our CRM, and enjoy supporting people on their journey

Requirements
- Completed training as a customer advisor or sales consultant is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow established processes
- Quick learner with high discipline
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working under performance pressure
- Calm and pleasant voice
- Excellent High German (Hochdeutsch) and confident, error-free written expression
- Prior knowledge of online marketing, coaching, consulting, etc. is an advantage but not necessary
